Our company traces its origins to our ancestors who migrated from Shikoku to Hokkaido.
In 1907, they moved to Niseko (then Karifuto Village) via Tobetsu and opened a general store.
Since then, we have expanded our business, handling a wide range of products including alcohol, tobacco, food items, and various grains.
In 1984, Yoshikatsu Fujisawa incorporated the business as Maruiri Fujisawa Shoten.
In 1995, the company was passed on to his eldest daughter, Midori Fujisawa, who is also the wife of Shizuo Sato, becoming the representative.
At that time, the company was transformed into a corporation, and we entered into a franchise agreement with 7-Eleven, opening the Niseko store. In 2014, we changed our articles of incorporation to Maruiri Fujisawa Co., Ltd., which remains to this day.
The decision to use the name “Fujisawa” at that time was made to honor and express gratitude for the hard work and efforts of our ancestors who established the business over 100 years ago and continued to develop it through generations.
